As Site Progresses, Environmental Work Is A Priority

Our team is installing Enkamat, a permanent reinforcement matting along the slopes adjacent to the stream channel. In this part of the Green Amor System, the matting is anchored at the top and bottom of the slope with an anchor trench and staples.

We are installing curb and gutter on Spine Road. The roadway is being fine graded in preparation for the aggregate base.

We have planted trees in the islands of the parking lot. These areas have been raked in preparation for sod.

Inside the anchor store, we are more than half way finished installing the signs and fixtures.

Our team made great progress in the pharmacy, which is now fitted with shelving.

Structure and Aesthetics Coming Along, Inside and Out

We are continuing to work on the soil nail wall installation. Here, we’ve drilled and installed the soil nails in preparation for the wire reinforcement mesh and the shotcrete application.

We are completing  the aggregate base stone in the parking lot and prepping for the remaining curb and gutter. Plans are to have the remaining parking area covered with asphalt binder by the end of this week.

We continue to place fill in the Spine Road in preparation for the installation of the sanitary sewer and dry pipe systems.

Inside Target, the VCT flooring and red stripes are being installed. Carpet will follow.

The restrooms have partitions, and hand dryers and soap dispensers are next.

Marmoleum is going up on the walls in Guest Service, VCT to follow.
